Commissioner, Jefferson County PUD 
Port Townsend, Wash.

Jeff Randall has served as Jefferson County Public Utility District 1 commissioner since January 2017.  He was appointed to the Energy Northwest Board of Directors in December 2021. 

Commissioner Randall received his law degree from the University of Washington and worked with cities and counties in Washington State in land use planning for 14 years, including 8 years as the Planning Director for the City of Port Townsend.  In 2007 he switched careers to the renewable energy industry and served as a solar designer and sales agent for a solar installation company in Port Townsend, a position he held for 11 years.

Commissioner Randall lives in Port Townsend with his son Soren and is passionate about strengthening Jefferson County's communities. Prior to being elected to the PUD, he helped lead two successful bond campaigns to refurbish a community center and build a new elementary school in Port Townsend.

A life-long Washington resident, he moved to Jefferson County from eastern Washington in 1997.  He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Central Washington University.​
