Small Works Roster

The Small Works Roster (SWR) complies with the Revised Code of Washington 39.04.155. The roster is the reference used to solicit contracts of $300,000 or less for construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair or improvement of real property.

Energy Northwest participates with a number of other Washington public agencies in using a shared online SWR roster database administered by Municipal Research Service Center (MRSC).

Businesses who register and apply with MRSC shall review the General Provisions for Work> which can be found at this link: Vendor Qualifications.
