Dawn Sileo became the vice president for Corporate Support Services in 2024. She oversees Human Resources, Occupational Health, Facilities & Commercial Engineering and Information Services teams.
Dawn has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry. Her energy career began in 2001 at Energy Northwest when she was a project manager for the Packwood Lake Hydroelectric Project relicensing project. In 2004, she earned her senior reactor operator (SRO) license and became a control room supervisor at Columbia Generating Station.
Dawn's career includes time as a loanee to the World Association of Nuclear Operators as director of Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resources and deputy director of Industry Leadership and Development. She also served as the Organizational Effectiveness leader at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations. Before returning to Energy Northwest, Dawn was the vice president for Independent Oversight at Entergy Corporation nuclear fleet out of Jackson, Mississippi.
Dawn has a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin, a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University, and a Master of Science in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University. She also has the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2022, she participated in the Women in Nuclear (WIN) Nuclear Executives of Tomorrow (NEXT) program. She also completed the Executive Women in Leadership program at Stanford University.
