​Energy Northwest's 27th Annual Public Power Forum is Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024 at Three Rivers Convention Center, in Kennewick, Washington.

Lunch speaker: Ferry County PUD

Ferry County PUD recently received a $5 million grant through the Energy Improvements in Rural or Remote Areas (ERA) Program, and is transforming lives in Ferry and Okanogan Counties. By extending 30 miles of underground electric distribution lines, the PUD team is connecting more than 135 homes to essential services for the very first time. This project is about more than just infrastructure. It represents a commitment to energy equity, addressing critical needs, and fostering resilience in our rural communities.
