Robert Cromwell is Seattle City Light’s director for Power Contracts, Regional Affairs, and Strategic Planning. His responsibility includes regional engagement on a wide range of policy matters, managing all long term power and transmission agreements (including those with BPA), strategic planning for the utility as a whole, and the six-year retail rate path associated with each City Light Strategic Plan.
 
He was appointed to the Energy Northwest Board of Directors in 2017. Robert has spent the last ten years with Seattle City Light in several roles within Power Management. Before joining Seattle City Light in 2007 he spent 14 years practicing law, including representing Seattle City Light. 
 
He lives on Bainbridge Island with his wife and daughter.
