Craig Fulton is currently the Director of Public Works and Utilities for the City of Port Angeles, Wash. since August 2013. His responsibilities include the planning and operation of the city’s electric utility. His additional responsibilities include oversight of the city’s water, wastewater, stormwater and solid waste utilities, along with other public works and engineering functions. He was appointed to the Energy Northwest Board of Directors in 2015.

Prior to working for the City, he served 27 years as an officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps, retiring as a Navy Captain. His Navy assignments covered the globe, and involved all aspects of planning, construction and maintenance of the Navy and Marine Corps’ shore infrastructure.   

Mr. Fulton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Texas and a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Washington.
