Randy Smith become a Chelan County Commissioner in 2006 and was appointed to the Energy Northwest’s Board of Directors in 2026. He is the owner of Smith Orchards, growing apples, pears and cherries for 45+ years. He has served on more than 20 industry and community boards and is currently a board member of the Community Foundation of North Central Washington. He is especially proud of the 17 years he served as a citizen advocate for the College of Agriculture at Washington State University. He enjoys spending time with friends and family.
