Jerry Asmussen became an Okanogan County PUD Commissioner in 2017 and was appointed to Energy Northwest’s Board of Directors in 2017, later serving as president. Asmussen holds degrees in agriculture, economics, and animal science from Washington State University. He is a rancher and auctioneer from Tonasket, Wash., and has lived in Okanogan County most of his life.
