Outside Director
Janet Herrin was elected to the Executive Board after a 40-year career in public power. She served as TVA’s Chief Administrative Officer and Bonneville Power Administration COO, overseeing nuclear and hydro operations. Herrin holds master’s degrees in business administration and civil engineering and a bachelor’s in mathematics and physics. She enjoys retirement in Tennessee and spending time with her family.
