Sample pick up and drop off is through the double doors in the foyer on the right.
- Requested bottle kits can be picked up in the gray basket.
- Samples must be dropped off in the fridge, and the lab must be notified.
- There is a phone in the foyer available to call the lab.
- Paperwork must be filled out.
- Please call or email us for any questions regarding sampling and paperwork.
