Energy Northwest, a joint operating agency and municipal corporation in the State of Washington, is soliciting bidders to attend a site visit and submit a proposal for the Main Generator Heavy Lift System and Heavy Haul at Columbia Generating Station as more fully described in the Invitation for Site Visit No. 715380, attached.
