Pursuant to the Revised Code of Washington §43.52.612, Energy Northwest, a Joint Operating Agency, and Municipal Corporation in the State of Washington, is soliciting a statement of qualifications from experienced and qualified Firms to provide assistance related to a License Amendment Request for Columbia Generating Station.
