Contact Person EmailPursuant to Revised Code of Washington (RCW) § 43.52.565, Energy Northwest, a Joint Operating Agency and Municipal Corporation in the State of Washington, is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified Bidders for the replacement of the 2nd stage heat exchanger level control valves at Columbia Generating Station. This Request for Proposal is subject to prevailing wage requirements pursuant to chapter 39.12 RCW.
