Packwood Relicensing
Packwood Lake Hydroelectric Project Fish, Aquatics, and Instream Flow Committee is an informal group formed to collaboratively design and implement aquatic studies that will support the water quality certification that will be issued by the Washington Department of Ecology, pursuant to Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. Membership of the committee is comprised of technical representatives from Energy Northwest, US Forest Service, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Washington Department of Ecology, NOAA-Fisheries, US Fish and Wildlife, Cowlitz Tribe, Yakama Nation, and EES Consulting.
